To ensure transparency and consistency in staff members’ assessment and meet the Bank strategy’s deliverables, an annual performance review is conducted. At the beginning of each year, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and competencies are defined along with a set of targets. Through the yearly performance review, managers are able to advise and recommend well deserved promotions and rewards.
